“Track Back” is the first new track of Bristol based Sœur’s upcoming second EP, the follow up to last year’s excellent “What Separates Us” .
The track is, according to guitarist and vocalist Tina, “about making mistakes and feeling like you can’t get back up again. Everyone feels like that at some point, and it’s really important to understand that everyone makes mistakes and that it’s okay. I pretty much feel like that every day – like I’ve messed up however big or small, and knowing that it’s normal and not something to be ashamed of that means that I’m able to shrug it off. Taking responsibility and apologising is really important in being able to move on in my experience”
The band have been making waves over the last couple of years and have been relentlessly touring. Anyone that has had the privilege of catching from them knows they put on a storming performance each time (as well as probably recognising this track from their setlists!)
Check out an audio only video for the track below – a video is expected shortly.
