boygenius – “Me & My Dog”

Three of the most exciting songwriters around at the moment have gone and created a supergroup!

boygenius is the combined forces of Julien Baker, Phoebe Bridgers and Lucy Dacus. All three acts have been known to support each other with their own solo work and tours and are now releasing a six song self-titled EP on out November 9th via Matador.

As a taster for the EP, they have released three tracks “Me & My Dog“, “Stay Down” and “Bite The Hand” which see the three artists swap lead duties on each of the tracks. The songs seem to echo the style of their respective solo work and bolstered by the support and harmonies of their peers.

The EP is set to release on a limited edition tri-colour vinyl via Matador Records and the tracklisting is as follows:

Their heading out on tour in America in November where they will be performing solo sets before serving an encore with their joint tracks.
