Billy Nomates drops their self-titled debut LP this Friday (August 7) and we are very keen to hear it. There are a trio of great tracks available to download or stream now if you fancy a taster ahead of the weekend.
Tor Maries has recorded the album with Portishead and BEAK‘s Geoff Barrow. What we’ve heard so far is riveting, poetic post-punk. Splashes of Courtney Barnett, Sleaford Mods and Patti Smith are evident but it’s a unique sound deserving of wider attention.
